Next, you will head to Zhangjiajie, a natural wonder that inspired the fantastic mountains in the movie Avatar. Day 1

Arrival in Beijing: Gateway to the Empire

  • Arrival in Beijing, meeting at the airport. Group transfer to a 4* hotel, check-in after 12:00.
  • Free time for rest and first walks around the capital.

DAY 2

History and Greatness of Beijing

  • Breakfast at the hotel.
  • Tour of Tiananmen Square, the largest city square in the world.
  • Visit the Forbidden City Gugong, where 24 emperors of the Ming and Qing dynasties lived.
  • Lunch with real Peking duck.
  • Excursion to the Temple of Heaven – a cult complex of sacrifices to the God of Heaven.
  • Return to the hotel, free time.

Day 3

Beijing: Ancient Walls and Pearl Treasures, Flight to Zhangjiajie

  • Breakfast at the hotel.
  • A tour of the Great Wall of China with breathtaking panoramas.
  • Lunch at a country restaurant.
  • Visit to the pearl factory and the Yiheyuan Summer Garden, the largest and oldest garden and park complex in China.
  • External inspection of the 2008 & 2022 Olympic facilities: Gnezdo, Vodny Kub and Ice Ribbon stadiums.
  • Flight to Zhangjiajie, transfer to hotel, free time.

DAY 4

Zhangjiajie: The Magic of the Yellow Stone

  • Breakfast at the hotel.
  • Transfer to the Huangshizhai Mountains (Yellow Stone) with a cable car ride there and back.

  • Walking tour through the cleanest and most beautiful canyon "Golden Whip".
  • A boat ride on Baofeng Lake is a moment of complete harmony with nature.

Zhangjiajie: On the peaks of Tianzishan

  • Breakfast at the hotel.
  • Taking the Hundred Dragons Elevator up to Tianzishan Mountain.
  • A tour of the famous peaks and landscapes familiar from the film "Avatar".
  • Descent down by funicular.
  • Dinner.
  • Visit the Yellow Dragon Cave, a mysterious underground world with impressive stalactites and stalagmites.

Day 6

Dehan and Fenghuang: Immersion in Miao Culture

  • Breakfast at the hotel, check out.
  • Transfer to the village of Dekhan - the center of culture of the Miao people.
  • Lunch. Transfer to picturesque Fenghuang, walk along the southern Chinese wall.
  • Independent walking tour along the banks of the Tuojiang River: viewing the night illumination, shopping for local products, visiting bars and cozy cafes.
  • Night in Fenghuang.

Day 7

Zhangjiajie-Shanghai: Gate of Heaven and Flight to the Megacity

  • Breakfast at the hotel, check out.
  • Return to Zhangjiajie city, lunch.
  • Tianmenshan - Heaven's Gate Mountain Tour including cable car and service minibus.
  • Transfer to the airport and flight to Shanghai. Transfer to the 4* hotel

Day 8

Shanghai: History and Modernity in the Rhythm of a Megapolis

  • Breakfast at the hotel.
  • Lunch tour to Yuyuan Garden of Joy and Jade Buddha Temple (1882).
  • An external view of the Oriental Pearl TV Tower in the modern Pudong district.
  • Walk along Wai Tan Promenade and Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street.

Day 9

Shanghai: A Trip to Fairytale Cities

Day 10

Shanghai: Farewell to the Celestial Empire

  • Transfer to the airport and departure. The journey is over, but the impressions will last a lifetime.
