🤝 Cooperation agreement signed between the Mayor of Alicante and the Deputy for e-Government of Valencia

📅 On July 4, 2025, the Mayor of Alicante, Luis Barcala, and the Deputy for e-Government of Valencia, Juan Ramón Adzuara, signed an important agreement for the transfer of AL21 technology, an innovative solution based on artificial intelligence.
🎯 The goal is to improve the quality and efficiency of services to citizens in the municipalities of the province of Valencia.

🤖 ALI virtual assistant as a benchmark for digital transformation

The AL21 system, developed in Alicante, is implemented through the ALI virtual assistant, which has already become an important element in the digital transformation of the city administration.
🌐 ALI is available 24/7 on ali.alicante.es , handling an average of 19,000 requests per month .

💡 Fact: Since its launch in January 2024, ALI has already received over 95,000 requests for 2024 and is expected to receive around 228,000 requests in 2025. 📈

🌍 Implementation and expansion of technology

ALI has been successfully implemented not only in Alicante, but also in:

• 📍 Jaen (Spain)
• 🌎 Puebla (Mexico)

Both administrations have been given access to methodology and documentation for implementing AI into their processes. 📑

Within the framework of the agreement between Alicante and the Valencian Diputation, the following will be carried out:
