Economic and social significance of the project
Roquio Gomez, head of the city's urban development department, emphasized that this is a major investment in a developing area of the city, which will create 213 new jobs in addition to construction. The project helps strengthen the city's infrastructure, eliminate "gaps" in the urban fabric and develop the economy by attracting high-value activities.
Infrastructure improvements and transport links
An important part of the project is the improvement of the road network: the expansion of the Colmenares and Aguas Amargas roads, which will provide better connections between the complex and the main Via Parque road (Alicante - Elche) and the coast.
