
🎇 Winners of the 2025 Festival of Lights fireworks competitions announced unanimously
Fuegos Artificiales del Mediterráneo — best in the masklet competition, Hermanos Sirvent — in the fireworks show

The pyrotechnic company Fuegos Artificiales del Mediterráneo won first place in the masklet competition at the Hogueras de San Juan 2025 festival. The decision was taken unanimously by all 13 members of the jury. The show took place on June 22 in Plaza Luceros and became a highlight of the festival thanks to the final salvo of 7,500 air charges and a noise level of 128.4 dB .
At the same time, the first place in the night fireworks competition (Castillos de Fuegos Artificiales) was taken by the pyrotechnic company Hermanos Sirvent for its spectacular show on June 29 on the Ocean Race embankment in the port of Alicante. And this decision was also taken unanimously .

- For the masklet: 1,000 euros
- For fireworks: 2,000 euros
Fuegos Artificiales del Mediterráneo (from Vilamarxant, Valencia) already won the masquelet competition in 2024. And the winner of the fireworks competition in 2024 was the company Hermanos Ferrández.
🔥 Official Lights 2026: Applications for construction are now open
The call for proposals will last until July 15, the budget is 143,500 euros
The city administration has announced a call for applications for the design and construction of the official lights of Hogueras 2026 - both for adults and children. The deadline for submission is from July 1 to July 15, 2025 , until 13:00 . Applications are being accepted at the offices of Casa de la Festa "Manuel Ricarte" .
🗓 The results will be announced on July 18.
🎨 The application must include a layout and sketches created in accordance with artistic and technical requirements.

The pyrotechnic shows by Fuegos Artificiales del Mediterráneo and Hermanos Sirvent were the bright stars of the Hogueras 2025 festival, deservedly receiving the highest awards. Ahead is a new stage of preparation for Hogueras 2026 , and now the masters have the opportunity to submit their projects to the competition for the creation of official hogueras.
