🏛️ Mayor's comment

"Alicante is moving towards becoming a city of affordable and quality housing. This will be the mandate of Housing Development," said Luis Barcala, thanking the President of the Generalitat Carlos Mazon for his active participation in the implementation of the initiatives.

Alicante City Council is taking major steps to address the housing issue: new neighbourhoods, more than 6,000 properties , large-scale redevelopment , social housing and support for young people form the basis of a new housing course. The Vive plan is becoming a real mechanism for transforming the urban environment and improving the quality of life of residents.
