🎨 Soledad Sevilla presented MACA with six unique drawings from the series "Waiting for Sempere"

The renowned Spanish artist Soledad Sevilla has donated to the Museum of Contemporary Art of Alicante (MACA) six exclusive drawings related to her famous series “Waiting for Sempere” ( Esperando a Sempere ), previously exhibited at the Reina Sofia Museum and IVAM .

- 🏆 Winner of the Velázquez Prize for Fine Arts
- 👩🎨 Member of the Royal Academy of Fine Arts of San Fernando
- Author of a personal series created exclusively for MACA
- Received the II Eusebio Sempere Prize for her contribution to fine arts and artistic thought.
"Seville is an example of the highest artistic culture, generosity and respect for the heritage of Sempere," said Naima Beldjilali , cultural councilor of the city of Alicante.

The series includes six original collage drawings , made using graphite pencil and color collage techniques, each measuring 29.7 x 23 cm :
